救护员培训课程

救护员培训课程介绍 救护员培训是红十字会的传统业务工作。通过对公众提供现场救护技能的培训，增强市民的自我防护意识，普及自救互救和识险避险的知识。在灾难事故现场，能抓住“救命”的黄金时间，在专业医护人员没有到达前，对伤员实施及时、科学、有效的初步救护，给自己和他人创造更多生存的机会，更有效地挽救生命、减轻伤残。 救护培训的主要内容：救护新概念、创伤救护四大技术（创伤止血、伤口包扎、骨折固定、伤员搬运），心肺复苏技术（胸外心脏按压，打开气道，人工呼吸），气道异物梗塞急救技能，逃生避险技能，常见急症现场救护方法。 培训方式以理论讲授和现场操作相结合，培训时间为16课时。每位培训学员均配有培训教材和器材。培训结束后进行心肺复苏和创伤救护现场考核，考核合格后颁发培训证书。 学员通过现场初级救护知识和技能的基础培训，能够了解救护的理念和内容、熟悉突发事件和意外伤害的救护原则以及常见急症的救护措施，掌握创伤救护和心肺复苏的操作方法，提高突发事件、意外灾害和危急情况发生时的应急能力和救护能力。

现场初级救护培训的主要内容：救护新概念、创伤救护四大技术（创伤止血、伤口包扎、骨折固定、伤员搬运），心肺复苏技术（胸外心脏按压，打开气道，人工呼吸），气道异物梗塞急救技能，逃生避险技能，常见急症现场救护方法。培训方式以理论讲授和现场操作相结合，培训时间为8课时。每位培训学员均配有培训教材和器材。

培训结束后进行心肺复苏现场考核，考核合格后颁发培训证书。

The main content of the primary care training: ambulance new concept, trauma care four technology (wound bleeding, wound, fracture fixation, the wounded handling), cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) technology (chest compressions, open the airway, artificial respiration), airway foreign body infarction first aid skills, escape safety skills, common at the scene of the emergency rescue methods. The training method is a combination of theoretical teaching and on-site operation, and the training duration is 8 hours. Each trainee is provided with training materials and equipment. 

After the training, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on-site assessment will be conducted, and the training certificate will be issued after passing the assessment.

Students by primary care knowledge and skills of basic training, to be able to understand the concept and content of ambulance, familiar with the emergency and accident rescue principle and common emergency rescue measures, master the methods of trauma care and the operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), improve the emergency, accidental disasters and emergency situation at the time of the emergency and rescue ability.
